• Apply acceptance sampling plans (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4/Z1.9) with tightened/reduced switching rules
• Build and interpret SPC charts (X-bar/R, p, c) with Western Electric out-of-control detection
• Conduct root cause analysis using the 8D methodology with IS/IS NOT and 5-Why techniques
• Perform FMEA risk assessments and prioritize corrective actions by RPN and severity
• Track quality KPIs including first-pass yield, Cpk, customer complaint rates, and cost of quality

• 1“Analyze the SPC data for Line 1 and identify any characteristics trending out of control”
• 2“Initiate an 8D for the customer complaint about dimensional nonconformance on part 4521”
• 3“Update the FMEA for the new welding process and identify top risk items needing controls”
• 4“Generate the monthly quality dashboard with acceptance sampling results and Cpk trends”
